Monopole Foundations

Pro Caissons frequently installs caisson foundations for monopoles and cell towers, across Ontario. We provide a turnkey solution for all underground work required for the monopole base. Most often, we are contracted to supply and install the concrete and rebar cage for the tower base, then handle and dispose of all drill spoils generated from the drilling of the foundation. The monopole caisson bases generally range in diameters from 30” up to 120” in diameter. Depths vary from site to site. Our specialized equipment allows us to be able to quickly mobilize and maneuver on these projects which are typically smaller sites.

Hydro Infrastructure

Hydro infrastructure typically consists of constructing new hydro transfer stations, new hydro tower lines or new hydro sub-stations. These projects often involve working around, or under live power lines. At Pro Caissons, the extensive diversity in our drill rigs allows us to adapt to these conditions to work safely, in and around, the live wires. We have completed projects with as little as 15’ headroom for our drill rigs to install the caisson foundations.
